The Deputy Marshall of Parliament, Wing Commander (Rtd) Fredrick Bawah last Monday, 23rd February 2026 feted Clearners at Parliament on the occasion of his birthday
The beneficiaries consisted of Clearners, Sweepers and Landscapers.
According to Mr. Lawrence Mensah, the Coordinator of the Programme who also doubles as the Supervisor of UCS, a Facility Agent in the House said, Marshall aimed was to motivate and boast the moral of the workers so as to enable them give of their best to keep the August House clean at all the time.
Mr. Mensah maintained that,the Marshall has been doing this on yearly bases ever since he entered Parliament about four years ago.
He revealed that over 80 people including Parliamentary Staff benefitted from the Marshall’s largress.
