Under the visionary leadership of CEO Malik Basintale, the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) has successfully facilitated the departure of the second batch of 25 beneficiaries to the United Arab Emirates, where they will serve as professional drivers.
This achievement marks another significant milestone in the YEA Work Abroad Programme, which aims to provide Ghanaian youth with life-changing employment opportunities abroad. The beneficiaries, having completed all necessary procedures in partnership with the Ghana Labour Department, underwent rigorous pre-departure orientation to ensure they are well-prepared for safe, dignified, and rewarding employment overseas.

The successful deployment of this cohort not only highlights the program’s effectiveness in expanding Ghana’s footprint in the global workforce but also reinforces the agency’s commitment to empowering young people with meaningful career prospects. As these youths embark on their journey, they symbolize hope and progress for Ghana’s youth development initiatives.
