This initiative aligns with H.E. John Dramani Mahama and the NDC’s vision for a cleaner and healthier Ghana. It aims to tackle sanitation challenges such as floods, diseases, and environmental degradation while reinforcing community responsibility for waste management.

Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) will collaborate with community leaders, youth groups, market associations, and waste management companies to ensure a successful exercise. The media is also encouraged to support the campaign.

The Minister emphasizes that this is more than just a clean-up it is a movement for change, demonstrating commitment to a clean and sustainable Greater Accra under her leadership.
