The Member of Parliament for Sagnarigu, Atta Issah, has been awarded an esteemed international title by the World Diplomat Federation in recognition of his outstanding efforts in infrastructure, education, and youth empowerment.
He was bestowed with the title “National Progress and Human Capital Catalyst,” a mark of distinction for his transformative leadership and dedication to enhancing the lives of his constituents. According to Joseph Tyler Kadiford, Founder of the Federation, the MP has showcased a results-oriented approach to governance through initiatives that have improved access to healthcare, clean water, educational facilities, and skills development programs.

This recognition follows an evaluation conducted by governance and research organizations affiliated with the federation, which praised his role in fostering human capital development and sustainable community advancement.
Hon. Atta Issah has previously been named Northern Regional MP of the Year 2025, further highlighting his impactful service at the local level. Upon receiving the honor, the Sagnarigu legislator expressed heartfelt gratitude and humility, crediting divine guidance and the support of his constituents for his achievements.
