These projects include the Accra- Tema Motorway Expansion Project, the Tema- Aflao Road Project, the Dodowa- Afienya- Dawhenya Road Project, and the Adenta- Dodowa Road Project.

Yesterday, Hon. Kwame Agbodza accompanied by Hon. Alhassan Suyuhini and a team of Engineers from the Ministry of Roads and Highways and its agencies inspected these ongoing projects.
These strategic road networks are critical to easing traffic congestion, improving connectivity, and boosting economic activities within the Greater Accra Region.

Briefing the media after the inspection tour, Hon. Agbodza expressed his general satisfaction of the progress of work done noting that the projects were on schedule to be completed by end 2027.
He indicated that government has paid every ‘BIG PUSH’ contractor who has raised works certificate.

“ The BIG PUSH” is about precision, quality, speed and value for works. Indeed it is beyond roads. It’s about capacity building for the next generation of local contractors,” he emphasized.
