The CEO of National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme Eric Adjei joined the British Council, IOT to officially launch Digital Innovation & Innovation Employability(DIVE) training Programme on 19th September, 2024
DIVE is a digital skills training programme by British Council in collaboration with other partners to provide digital skills to 80 young Ghanaians who have demonstrated commitment, dedication and passion to digital innovate to create decent jobs whilst solving our developmental challenges.
Mr. Adjei used the opportunity to encourage the youth to take the training program seriously, maximize its full potentials and make use of the skills to solve our wicked problems such as unemployment and poverty.
Again, he used the opportunity to share with the beneficiaries the entrepreneurial opportunities under The Adwumawura Programme- a flagship by H.E. John Dramani Mahama government programme to build the capacity of 10,000 youth-own businesses.
Subsequently, he commended the British Council and IOT for their continuous forging of partnerships of this kind to build the capacity of Ghana youth, and pledged NEIPs commitment and continued support to build the entrepreneurial capacity of Ghanaian youth.
