MP for Ho West, Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah, Chairman of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Energy and Mines has called on the Minister of Energy and Green Transition to open up investigations to cover immediate past management including ECG Board Members.
The Committee Chairman on his Facebook post expressed sadness about the matter at hand and raised a number of questions including: Who was the Board Chairman of ECG at the time of all this rot?
Below is his full submissions on the missing containers loaded with ECG gadgets:
After perusing ECG’s investigation report, I was scandalized. As the Chairman of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Energy, I fully support the Hon. Minister of Energy and Green Transition in his quest to unravel the truth and recover every stolen public property.
The questions boggling my mind and agitating the minds of many people are:
- Who was the Board Chairman of ECG at the time of all this rot?
- Who was in Management at the time of this rot?
- Do you agree with the discussion that we look into this scandal in a non-partisan manner? I am for Ghana 🇬🇭, and every wrongdoer should not go unpunished.
If you live in a glass house don’t throw stones.
