The District Chief Executive Officer for Anloga, Sandra Seyram Kpedor, has outlined Eight (8) priority areas as her transformative agenda for the people in the coming days.
In her confirmation speech, Madam Kpedor declared, without reservation, that “my tenure as DCE will be marked by unity, humility, honesty, and servant leadership. I am here to serve—not to Lord it over anyone”.
Her top four (4) priority areas are to improve healthcare delivery, promote quality education at all levels, help with road infrastructure development, and ensure that people are safe and secure at all times.
The rest are The promotion of Tourism, Youth and Women Empowerment, Farming, Fishing, and Agribusiness, and a host of other vital developmental initiatives.
According to her, the real work begins now, and she’s here to “champion the RESET agenda of the President, alongside my transformative agenda for the Anloga District Assembly.”
She said, “Together with all Stakeholders, I will focus on key priority areas,” as enumerated above, to effect the needed change as DCE.
She, however, used the opportunity to express profound gratitude to President John Dramani Mahama for the trust reposed in her by nominating her to serve as his eyes and ears in the District.
Seyram also appreciated the Regional Minister, the Regional Chairman and the executives, the Member of Parliament, as well as the revered traditional leaders, particularly Togbi Sri Ill t, the overlord of the Anlo state and Togbi Agbesi Awusu Il, the Awadada of Anilo state.
