On Saturday, 11th October 2025, the Member in Parliament for
Shai Osudoku and the Greater Accra Regional Minister Linda Ocloo
commissioned the newly constructed Doryumu Market in the Shai Osudoku District as promised during her last political campaign.
The construction and the completion of this project marked the fulfilment of a promise the MP made to “the hardworking and enterprising people of Doryumu”.
She said, As the Member of Parliament for Shai Osudoku and the Greater Accra Regional Minister, I remain deeply committed to promoting sustainable local development, enhancing trade and improving the livelihoods of our people”.
The new market facility is not merely a physical structure but a symbol of growth, empowerment, and community progress, she added.
The Minister, however, extended her heartfelt gratitude to the Shai Osudoku District Assembly, the traditional authorities, and the good people of Doryumu for their support and cooperation throughout this journey.
