Participants from different localities will demonstrate their expertise in preparing the iconic Kpekple, a traditional Ghanaian dish that holds deep cultural significance during the Homowo festival. The competition not only aims to preserve and promote La’s rich culinary heritage but also fosters unity and healthy rivalry among the quarters.

The event is expected to attract residents, families, and visitors who want to witness and celebrate La’s cultural vibrancy. It offers a unique opportunity for community members to showcase their culinary talents and for spectators to enjoy the rich flavors and traditions that make Homowo a memorable festival.
