Residents of Chassia and Buler in the Wa East District have received a major healthcare boost following the commissioning and handing over of two newly constructed Community-based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compounds by the Member of Parliament for Wa East, Dr. Godfred Seidu Jasaw and the DCE, Adamu Sayibu.

The facilities were officially handed over to the Wa East District Health Directorate to improve access to quality healthcare services for residents of the two communities and surrounding areas.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Jasaw reaffirmed his commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure across the constituency, emphasizing that access to quality healthcare remains a key priority of his development agenda.

The newly commissioned CHPS compounds are expected to bring healthcare services closer to the people, reduce travel distances for medical care, and enhance maternal and child health outcomes in the district.

Community members expressed gratitude to the MP for fulfilling his promise to improve healthcare delivery and address the health needs of the people.
