Only six out of the fifty (50) core Members of the Parliamentary Press Corps (PPC) took the pains to take some time off their busy schedule to travel to Pramkese in the Eastern Region last Saturday, October 31, 2026, to mourn with their colleague Prince Joe Boadi, on the occasion of the burial and final funeral rites of his late mother, Obaapanyin Evelyn Asantewaa, aka, Auntie Ama Okraa.

When the announcement was first made on the PPC platform, as many as eleven (11) members put down their names to attend. Sadly enough, however, when the ripe time came, only six out of the lot, herein referred to as six good ones, showed up.
It was on their arrival at the funeral grounds that the six good ones bumped into yet another good one, Nana Kodie, who had taken it upon himself to travel there the previous day for the funeral.
Interestingly, Nana Kodie made a great difference, as he treated the group to a good treat at his own expense, thereby making them enjoy themselves, by turning the rather sad occasion into a joyous one.
After the departure of the six good ones, Nana Kodie remained with the bereaved colleague, till the next day and after, attending the church service and accounting sessions.
