The Volta Regional Managing Director of Ghana Export-Import Bank (GEXIM), Ho, Ege Bright has pledged to drive economic growth and development in the Region as he takes office officially.
He said that through their facilities, he will help create employment opportunities for the youth ( Investing in businesses- i.e., SMEs that focus on productivity for export, import substitution, etc.).
He again promises to generate foreign exchange through export promotion to promote value addition to the non-traditional exports to enhance Ghana’s competitiveness in international trade.
“Through these initiatives, we aim to contribute to the nation’s economic development and improve the lives of our people”, as he looks forward to working with stakeholders, partners, and the community to achieve these goals and make a meaningful impact.
In an interview with Fmnewsonline.com, Mr. Ege extended his heartfelt gratitude to God Almighty for His divine blessings and favor.
He also thanked Mr. Sylvester Mensah, CEO of Ghana Export-Import Bank (GEXIM), for entrusting him with the responsibility of serving as the Manager of the Ho Branch.
“As I transition into this role, I’m excited about the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead”, he added.
