“The Anlo Constituency witnessed a groundbreaking 2-day Artificial Intelligence (AI) Training Workshop at the Tegbi ICT Centre and our 2-Day AI training ended later in the afternoon on 8th of May 2025”.
These were the words from the MP for the area, Richard Kwame Safe on his Facebook wall.
The training has brought together approximately 60 participants, including 34 teachers, 16 students, and 10 professionals from the constituency.

According to him, “this initiative marked a major step towards bridging the digital divide and equipping the local workforce with future-ready skills”.
The sessions were expertly facilitated by Prince Dzramado and Peter Afolabi, both from AI PromptAfrica and the Vanuatu Trade Commission Ghana.
Their presentations covered core areas such as Prompt Engineering, AI Ethics, and AI Competency for All, offering participants hands-on knowledge on how AI is reshaping industries and education worldwide.
The programme was made possible through the visionary leadership of Ambassador Professor Hugh Aryee, the initiator of the AI Africa Project, in collaboration with the Vanuatu Trade Commission Ghana and the Office of the Member of Parliament for Anlo Constituency.
As a Member of Parliament for Anlo, Mr. Sefe was proud to have supported this pioneering effort to empower educators, students, and professionals with the tools they need to thrive in the AI era.
The MP extended his deepest appreciation to the sponsors, stakeholders, and trainers for their commitment to community transformation, and to every participant whose active involvement made this program a success.
“Together, we are laying the foundation for a more informed, tech-savvy Anlo”, he acknowledged.
