He was accompanied by the District Chief Executive (DCE) Addison Dodzi Mornyuie, officials from the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI), the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), and other key stakeholders to ascertain the fact.

His visitation follows a police led operation on Monday 8th July, 2025 which led to the arrest of individuals suspected of the gruesome murder of a man, describing the development as “deeply troubling, and as a community, we cannot and will not tolerate such acts of barbarism”.

The MP in an interview with media tasked the security services to deepen their investigations to ensure that every individual involved in this heinous act faces the full rigours of the law-, “Justice must be served not only for the deceased but for the entire community, whose peace and safety have been shaken by this incident”.
