On Tuesday, 23rd September 2025, the forecourt of the Energy Commission was filled with excitement and pride as 340 graduates gathered for the 23rd Electrical Wiring Certification & Awards Ceremony. Clad in their graduation attire, the newly certified practitioners stood as a reflection of the hard work, training, and dedication required to meet the standards of professional electrical wiring in Ghana.
Held under the theme “Empowering Certified Practitioners: Securing L.I. 2008 Through Professional Authentication,” the ceremony reinforced the importance of professionalism and safety in the country’s energy sector.
Chaired by the Board Chairman of the Commission, Professor John Gartchie Gatsi, the event featured stirring remarks from key stakeholders who emphasized the value of certified practitioners in safeguarding lives and property. Messages of goodwill from sponsors and partner institutions added to the sense of shared commitment to excellence. The presentation of special certificates and awards was a highlight, recognizing individuals who had gone above and beyond during their training.
