The Minister for Labour, Jobs and Employment, Hon. Dr. Rashid Hassan Pelpuo, today, 29th October 2025, graced the 8th Nathan Anang Quao Excellence Lecture and Awards Ceremony held at the Nathan Anang Quao Auditorium.
The event, organized by the Civil and Local Government Staff Association of Ghana (CLOGSAG), brought together dignitaries, staff, and stakeholders to celebrate excellence and professionalism in public service.
In his brief remarks, the Minister paid tribute to the legacy of Nathan Anang Quao, describing him as a “symbol of integrity, dedication, and professionalism” in the Ghanaian civil service. He urged all public servants to emulate Quao’s exemplary values and unwavering commitment to national development.
The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of awards to outstanding employees who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, innovation, and service excellence. The Minister personally presented one of the top awards, congratulating the recipient for their hard work and devotion to duty.
The event concluded with a renewed call for excellence, discipline, and patriotism across the public sector, reinforcing the enduring legacy of Nathan Anang Quao as a beacon of selfless public service.
