He holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana.
His nomination comes as part of a broader set of appointments made by President Mahama for District Chief Executives (DCEs) across eight regions, including Volta, Oti, Ashanti, Ahafo, Bono, Bono East, Savannah, and North East. These appointments, which are pending approval by their respective assemblies, form part of the government’s efforts to strengthen local governance and development.
If confirmed, Dagba is expected to bring his expertise in financial management, public administration, and governance to drive socio-economic progress in Akatsi South.
