A site inspection for the proposed Bussie Technical Institute was successfully conducted this by a team from the TVET Secretariat led by MP for the Daffiama/Bussie/Issa, Dr. Sebastian Sandaare. The inspection, which took place at the Bussie site, received full approval from the team, paving the way for the establishment of the new technical institute in the area.

The approval follows numerous letters and requests from residents and stakeholders championed by Dr. Sandaare for the creation of a TVET school in Bussie. The news has been met with enthusiasm and optimism among community members and leaders.

The inspection was led by the Member of Parliament, who was joined by his senior brother, Michael Kombor, and Fidelis Zumakpeh, the former District Chief Executive of Daffiama-Bussie-Issa District. The delegation expressed their gratitude and commitment to the development of the region.

Encouraged by this progress, the team is now heading to Daffiama for another site inspection of a proposed location for the Daffiama Technical Institute.

The MP emphasized that development is rooted in unity and called on all constituents to remain calm and supportive as efforts continue to lobby for more projects and improvements in the district.

He reiterated his dedication to fostering growth and educational opportunities in the area.

This development marks a significant step forward in enhancing technical education and skills training within the region, promising to boost local employment and economic growth in the coming years.
