Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited has presented relief items worth GH₵400,000 to NADMO at its headquarters in Accra to support victims affected by recent disasters nationwide.
The donation comprised mattresses, wellington boots, bedding, life jackets, food supplies, and other essential household items.

Presenting the items, Mrs. Dinah Kaleo-Bioh, Executive Head of Business and Commercial Banking at Stanbic Bank Ghana, reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and complementing NADMO’s efforts in responding to disasters.
She noted that the donation was part of the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and demonstrated its solidarity with families, businesses and communities affected by recent disasters.
“Our support is an expression of solidarity with the families, businesses and communities affected by the recent disasters, as well as a practical contribution to the ongoing relief efforts aimed at restoring hope and dignity to those impacted”, she said.

Receiving the items on behalf of the Director General of NADMO, Hon. Albert Alalzuuga Akuka, Deputy Director General in charge of Sustainable Livelihood and Community Empowerment, expressed the organisation’s appreciation to Stanbic Bank for its generous support.
He assured the bank that the donated items would be distributed to the affected victims to help alleviate their hardships.

Hon. Akuka also called on other corporate organisations, philanthropists, and private-sector institutions to partner with NADMO in strengthening disaster preparedness and response efforts across the country.
