The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced filing fees for aspirants seeking various National Executive positions ahead of its national congress.
According to the official schedule for NATIONAL FILING FEES sighted, aspirants for the position of National Chairman will pay the highest fee of GHC 100,000.00.
The fees for other positions are as follows:
– National Chairman – GHC 100,000.00
– General Secretary – GHC 80,000.00
– National Vice Chairman & Deputy General Secretary – GHC 60,000.00
– National Communication Officer – GHC 50,000.00
– National Youth Organizer, National Zongo Caucus Coordinator & National Women’s Organizer – GHC 40,000.00
– Deputy National Organizer, Deputy National Communication Officer, Deputy National Youth Organizer, Deputy National Women’s Organizer – GHC 30,000.00
– National Executive Committee (NEC) Members – GHC 10,000.00
The party stated that ALL PAYMENTS SHALL BE MADE ONLINE via forms.ghanandc.com.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
1. The cost of picking nomination forms for ALL positions is GHC 2,000.00
2. Female candidates and Persons with Disability (PWDs) shall pay half (50%) of the filing fees for all positions, except the Women’s Organiser and Deputy Women’s Organiser positions.
3. Female candidates and disability shall pay half (50%) of the filing fee for the positions of Women’s Organiser and Deputy Women’s Organiser.
