Winneba is set to witness the commissioning of a cutting-edge ICT & Library Complex at Low Cost, Winneba, scheduled for Monday, 15th December, 2025.
The state-of-the-art facility is to be named after the late Mr. R.C. Ekem, in recognition of his contributions.
The complex sponsored by the Minority Leader an MP for Effutu, Alexander Afenyo Markin is expected to significantly enhance the learning experience for students in the area, providing access to modern ICT facilities and a vast collection of educational resources.
