In a recent development, the Committee on Food, Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs held an important meeting to discuss key issues affecting the fishing sector. The Chairman of the committee, Godfred Seidu Jasaw and the Member of Parliament for Wa East, met with officials from the Canoe and Fishing Gears Owners Association of Ghana as well as representatives from Blue Ventures Conservation.
