The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) and HMN Company held a meeting regarding the establishment of an Electric Vehicle (EV) plant in Ghana.

The GIPC and GRA discussed working in tandem to provide HMN with clear regulatory guidance and tax compliance support.

Dr. Yamborigya, Commissioner for domestic taxes, highlighted Ghana’s political stability, economic resilience, and favourable exchange rate environment as key advantages for investment.
The company will manufacture EV cars locally to serve the West African market.

Both GIPC and GRA pledged dedicated liaison support to guide HMN through all regulatory processes; reinforcing Ghana’s commitment to fostering strategic investments and industrial growth.
