The Managing Director of Tema Oil Refinery (TOR), Lawyer Edmond Kombat, was a distinguished speaker at the Ghana International Petroleum Conference (GhIPCon) 2026 held on July 16th, 2026.
The event brought together industry leaders, policymakers, investors, and energy experts to discuss the future of Ghana’s downstream petroleum sector.
During the conference, Mr. Kombat addressed the topic “Strategic Fuel Supply Security: Less Dependence, More Options,” sharing critical insights on how Ghana can strengthen its fuel supply resilience.
