Management of Keta Municipal Hospital is mobilizing public and stakeholder support for a major facelift as the facility prepares to mark 100 years of service.

Dr. Kwesi Djokoto, who visited the hospital at the request of Management, announced the initiative this week.

According to him, the hospital has served as “a beacon of hope, offering healing and service to countless families across the municipality and beyond” for nearly a century.
With the centenary approaching, Dr. Djokoto is urging “sons and daughters of the land, stakeholders, and partners” to come together to honor the hospital’s legacy.

“By supporting this facelift, we secure the future of the hospital and ensure it continues to serve with dignity and excellence for generations yet unborn,” he said.
The Keta Municipal Hospital is one of the oldest health facilities in the Volta Region. The planned upgrades are expected to improve infrastructure and service delivery ahead of the #CentenaryCelebration later this year.

The hospital is calling on individuals, corporate bodies, and development partners to support the refurbishment under the campaign tags: #KetaHospital #CentenaryCelebration #HealthCare
