The Western Region North Command of the Ghana Police Service has began a full scale investigation into the shooting incident that took place at Seyerano some weeks ago.

The incident allegedly took place between plain clothed police men and townsmen of the town, which saw about four people head with many others sustaining various degrees of gunshot wounds.
Reports maintained that plain clothed Police Personnel stormed the town to arrest alleged drug dealers.
Unsatisfied with the action of the Police, youth of the town picked up a struggle with the visitors resulting in the shooting, maiming and killing of people. The IGP, however, has since interdicted eight (8) Policemen involved in the shooting incident.

Briefing your authoritative “Fmnewsonline.com” yesterday, District Chief Executive (DCE) for Juaboso District, Hon Alexander Adu Quist, intimated that he had dispatched the Western Regional Police Command to the township of Seyerano to start full scale investigations into the shooting incident.
