NADMO has received a donation valued at GH¢20,000 from Star Oil Ghana Limited to support its operational activities in the aftermath of the recent flooding across parts of the country.
The donation, comprising fuel coupons worth GH¢20,000, was presented by Star Oil’s Marketing Officers, Madam Annie Seaneku and Mr. Bernard Amewuda.

According to the company, the gesture was prompted by a social media appeal from NADMO and forms part of Star Oil’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at supporting national emergency response efforts.
Receiving the donation, the Director General of NADMO, Major Dr. Joseph Bikanyi Kuyon (Rtd), expressed his gratitude to the company, describing the support as both timely and strategic.
He noted that the fuel coupons would enable the organisation to deploy its equipment more effectively to assist Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in clearing debris and restoring affected communities following the floods.
Major Dr. Kuyon (Rtd) commended Star Oil Ghana Limited for its commitment to supporting national disaster response efforts and encouraged other corporate organisations to partner with NADMO in enhancing emergency preparedness and response across the country.
