Worshippers at the Pokuase Branch of the Osofo Mireku Ministries were held spell-bound by the Head Pastor, Osofo Mireku last week when they gathered there for worship.
For close to one hour, Osofo Mireku, through song ministration, singing as if with thousand voices, held the congregants virtually to “ransome” as the head pastor kept on singing without any stoppage in sight, thereby leaving them in suspense.
When he finally “left them off the hook”, he delved into prophecy, digging into the unknown and hidden to the surprise of all around.
Heed the Word of God
In a moving sermon, Osofo Mireku charged his congregants to desist from obstinacy and always heed to the word of God. He recounted how Peter, on his failed fishing expedition, bumped into Jesus and later had a bumper harvest.
The head pastor indicated that initially, Peter resisted Jesus’ advice, insisting that he claimed that he had gone fishing all night but had gained nothing.
