The Ghana Immigration Service(GIS) has held a capacity-building workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of Focal Persons, aimed at strengthening data quality and reporting across commands.

The training held at the GIS Centre of Excellence, South Odorkor ,equipped selected officers with practical skills to accurately complete performance reporting templates, address data inconsistencies, and improve the timeliness of reports.

A total of 49 participants attended the workshop, comprising 19 officers from all 19 Regions and 30 officers from PPMED and selected offices at the Headquarters.

Participants engaged in hands-on sessions using 2025 Annual and Quarterly Reports, which enhanced their ability to deliver reliable and efficient data for decision-making.
