La Dadekotopon Member of Parliament in the Greater Accra Region, Rita Naa Odoley Sowah has donated two cattle to Muslim Communities in La to support Eid celebrations.
The donation, captured in photos showing the cattle delivered to a community facility, forms part of the MP’s annual outreach during the Islamic festival.
Speaking during the presentation, Madam Sowah called for peace and unity among residents and thanked the Muslim communities for their consistent prayers for La and Ghana at large.
Cattle donations are a common practice during Eid al-Adha, where the animals are slaughtered and shared among families and the wider community.
