When he was invited to Parliament on Wednesday, 3 June 2026 to pray at the opening ceremony of the 4th Inter- Parliamentary Conference currently underway in Ghana, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, Leader and Founder of Action Chapel International ended up stealing the show.
The Archbishop, did not only infatuate the gathered with his profound, profuse and powerful prayers but also gave a rather prophetic and political statement thereby, holding all spellbound as they listen to him with cocked ears and all eyes fixed on him in The Chamber of Parliament, The conference room.

In his prayerful mood possibly backed by the Holy Spirit, the man of God urged African Leaders to rebuild the continent on morality, unity and justice with long-term vision
The Founder and Presiding Archbishop still in the prayer mood also called on African leaders to spearhead efforts to revamp the continent on integrity, peace, and justice for all.
He stressed that the rise of nations are not determined by their gold, oil, or military might, but rather by their character and the courage to do what is right.

Drawing from historical lessons, the Archbishop recalled how Ghana once outpaced China in development during the 1960s and 1970s. He pointed out that Africa’s primary challenge is not the scarcity of resources but the lack of determination and moral direction. Citing successful transformations in countries such as Dubai, Singapore, South Korea, and Finland, he highlighted how these nations achieved significant progress through visionary and selfless leadership.
Archbishop Duncan-Williams admonished African leaders to draw inspiration from these examples and to prioritize moral values and justice as the foundation for sustainable development across the continent.
