World Trade Centre Accra, GIPC, 24 Hour Economy Authority to showcase investment opportunities at April 19–22 event
Togbe Afede XIV, Executive Chairman of World Trade Centre Accra and board member of the World Trade Centres Association in New York, is leading Ghana’s delegation to the 2026 WTCA Global Business Forum in Philadelphia.

The four-day forum, set for April 19–22, will convene global business leaders and investors to explore partnerships and investment opportunities across sectors.
Ghana’s team includes executives from key public and private institutions spanning energy, agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, and industrial development.
The delegation aims to pitch bankable projects and build direct links to global capital and technology.

Under Togbe’s leadership, the delegation’s priority is “creating partnerships, attracting investment, and, ultimately, enhancing Ghana’s position in global trade and investment flows.”
Togbe said connecting Ghana to global capital, technology, and markets is “critical for the country’s competitiveness.”
Ghana will also showcase its opportunities through an exhibition led by World Trade Centre Accra, in collaboration with the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre and the 24 Hour Economy Authority.
The pavilion will highlight priority sectors and the government’s 24-hour economy framework to potential investors.
The WTCA Global Business Forum is the flagship annual gathering of the World Trade Centres Association, which represents over 300 World Trade Centres in nearly 100 countries.
